This unfortunately is our last Online Exclusive (not forever but for the moment) as next week we are back to normal.

As you have noticed I am choosing all the classic books that have been presented many times. This is to reflect the past favourites and also make way for fresh new books. I have chosen this book as it helps with education and is a great read. I also chose this book as it was recently adapted for Tv and was Shown on Sky1 at Easter

It is Skellig and it is about a boy called Michael. One Sunday afternoon, he stumbles into the old, ramshackle garage of his new home, and finds something magical. A strange creature - part owl, part angel, a being who needs Michael's help if he is to survive. With his new friend Mina, Michael nourishes Skellig back to health, while his baby sister languishes in the hospital.
